My son went to Panda Junction from when he was 4 months old until little past his 1st birthday and really enjoyed it (I did too!).

He now goes to My Gym and they have classes for babies from 6 months old. Their website is www.mygymhk.com
You could ask for a trial lesson at the class you chose and decide on which you like best before committing to a term at any one.
