I've been interviewing and met someone we were impressed with but did not take on as she seemed far too capable for our situation (i.e. she's used to living in bigger apartments with a full busy household to look after vs. us and a small dog).
I really want to help since she left a good impression after 2 interviews and since her visa situation is urgent. So a bit on her:
- married with kids
- has worked here 10 years for 2 expat employers (8 years first time - employer left HK, 2 years second time - employer leaving HK who is able to give a verbal reference before 2 July)
- managed busy households (she loves dogs), performed the usual household duties, and what's more she can meet various culinary requirements (inc. dinner parties and producing different meals for family members)
- she is able to do the visa/immigration process herself (no agencies needed)
