I'm writing to recommend our helper, Emma, for employment. We are letting her go after a year of service because we have decided to use a Chinese-speaking helper to work with our toddler.
Emma is a wonderful person, completely trustworthy, and an incredibly hard worker. She has kept our house in tip top shape and is also a great cook. She did the laundry, ironing, all of the grocery shopping and also looked after our four-year-old son. We felt completely comfortable with Emma and trusted her to look after our home (and our cat!) during our frequent travels. We once left her to manage the house while our floors were being redone and she handled the workers, payment, and clean-up brilliantly. She has been in Hong Kong for many years and came with excellent prior references.
