any mums or dads who had experience with these two doctors? i am currently with doo but heard very mixed feedback about him from various channels, hence quite concern whether i should continue or switch to lord.... advice appreciated! thx

Lucy is fantastic. She is no nonsense doctor, but very very good if you want to have a natural birth. I ve just had my first with her, and she prevented what would otherwise have been an emergency cesearean. Baby is extremely healthy and happy. She was 100 gramms off on the birth weight which is unbelievably good.

I was with Dr Doo initially and switched to Dr Alice. Dr Doo is always exceptionally busy and I felt this greatly affected his bedside manner and the time he could spend with us!

Hi wifey, may I ask where you're delivering? Does it matter given the switch in docs? Thanks vm

Doo is extremely busy but extremely experienced as well. He is a people person and do a great job if you choose C-section (i.e. small scar). Generally he likes to make jokes to calm mothers. He reads all the lab reports and always response to calls and follow up.

Hi mcoc, thanks for sharing.

For those who switched doctors. When you switched doctors, did you change the hospital you delivered too? I know dr. Doo is registered at Matilda. But not sure Dr. Alice Wong is. (Matilda is preferred.)

Thanks in advance for those who know.

Ah heard about her too. Thanks for the suggestion. I may stick with Dr. Doo - he's just very busy! Wait times are very stressful when one is using lunch hours to see him. Thanks for the tips though.
