Good recipe book for introduction of solid to baby?

Am looking for a good idiot guide to follow. Any suggestions?

Gina Fords guide is easy. even people who are anti-gina ford find her weaning guide excellent....its a day by day idiots guide

Annable Karmel has a weaning guide as well. I use the two but try to follow gina's as closely as i can in the early days as it means I don't need to think!!

i loved the recipes in anna karmel...they were so good (as you get to the older ones) that the whole family enjoyed them!

I bought Annabel Karmel`s book. There are lots of great recipes and advice...but I found some of the recipes and ingredients a bit Anglo-centric (she`s British) and also I think that some of the recipes are a bit mature for the age group they are intended for, but you can just try them later.

May I ask for the name of the Gina Ford's and Annabel Karmel's book ... just want to make sure I get the right ones.

Annabel Karmel has quite a few. I saw the 100 purees and a few others on Amazon. Which ones will you recommend I start with as a first book on solid?

My book is packed in a box, but it`s not the puree one.I have seen all of them and they crosslist recipes. Mine is the Healthy Baby and Toddler recipe book or something.
