Good Lamaze classes

Hello Ladies,
Too bad I am going to miss the group baby shower :(; sounds fun. An how we are getting closer to moving to HK, just a few more weeks!. My husband and I are looking for Lamaze classes; breathing techniques during delivers and relaxation. I have noticed that hospitals do offer this option but it is more general labor and delivery and does not focuse on breathing . Does anyone recommend a good Lamaze class in Hk?

www.annerley.com.hk is the obvious choice although not labelled as Lamaze their classes are good and the midwife services are exellent during pregnacy and labour and after. Not so much chioce in HK.
