Good doctor with affordable delivery fee for HK side

Hello,
Im currently week 8 and searching for a good doctor with affordable delivery fee on HK side. I do not have insurance so i am wondering if there are doctors either on HK side or who deliver on HK side whose fee is arounf 15-25k. I recently got one quote for 38k~, which is a bit steep without insurance.
I am 37 y/o and its my first pregnancy, so I am nervous and looking for a caring and patient doctor.

Any recommendation / advice will be greatly appreciated.

Im still searching and I haven't got any new info on this. I think many doctors in Central are used to cater patients with impeccable insurance, and those without insurance tend to go public. Im between - no insurance but willing to go private if there is a good compromise, fee wise.
I have a HK friend who did natural delivery with a doctor based in Jordan, at Union Hospital. She said it costed around 40k in total. Im on hk side so this isn't viable, but if applicable to u, pm me.
