Getting US visa for new DH

Does anyone know how likely will my new DH (2 months) be granted for US visa?

Based on my experience, it will be very unlikely.

I applied for a US visa for my helper last November and was turned down because she was only with us less then a year. They said she had to be with us for at least a year or longer.

You might still want to try though, I hear it also depends on the person you get on the given day.

It's really difficult to say. My helper got her 2 years multiple entry visa at the time she only had work for us less than 6 months.

yes, we tried with ours at 1.5 years of employment and failed.
