I also looked for the same info last year. I recall that there was some info on requirements on US consular HK website.
not sure if I'm correct but I thought that they require a document evidencing that my helper receives salary exceeding US minimum salary (close to USD 2,000 per month).
But of course, pls check out. this may not be correct.
