I am teaching my son German and would love to read to him in German also.

Does anyone know where I can find German kids books for a 2yr old boy. New or second hand we dont mind either.

Hi Jane,
I am German and my daughter is 8 now. Therefore, we have a number of early childhood books in German or English/German that she won't be needing anymore. If you like to see them, give me your email or tel no and we can meet. By the way, are you German too?

Hi - I have children's books in German. They are all reading samples from my work and I want to keep them for my baby later. Where are you located? Maybe you can borrow them and return them after a while?

we also have a lot of German books. I am curious about you because your name says Kiwi Family and you teach your kids German?
My husband is a Kiwi too. I am German and both of our kids (son almost 3 , daughter almost 2) grow up bilingual.
Where do you live? We could probably pass a few of our books on to you.

One very good place to buy new and used German books for all ages is the Xmas bazaar at the German / Swiss School near the Peak.
I believe they also have a regular book shop but I am not sure about that.
