There is a company called Choix that does it, but I haven't heard of anyone using their services.

I underwent ivf a couple of years ago (successfully) and asked about this and was told it was outlawed in HK several years ago. There was concern about couples coming from China for treatment and selecting against girls. Having said that if you undergo ivf you could always drop a hint to the embryologist who could try to select smaller sperm for icsi if you want a boy (or vice versa) but of course this is not that reliable.
