Hello everyone! I come off the pill (21 days cycle) since June. But I found myself gaining weight which doesn't make sense.
I go the gym three times a week for at least an hour. Swim two times a week. Eating sensible food. And I just keep on putting on weight (5-8 lbs in 2 months).
This make me really frustrated, as I want to be in good shape before I am pregnant.
Is there anyone have the same experience?
