Fun games for kid's birthday party

I am having a small party for my boy's birthday next week. He is turning 6. The problem is only 4 kids are coming, so what should I do to keep them busy? Any ideas other than the usual party games?
 
My kids are still pretty young (2 and 3) but I know that my nephew who just turned 6 had a small party too which was held at the poolside. They had a ball and didn't even know of our existance. So perhaps let your son choose who he would like to invite and of course with a group that he already likes, he will have a great time no matter what! :banana:

Another suggestion is to a themed park (well, you have the option of Disneyland) or do an activity like rock climbing, cycling and perhaps stop somewhere for a meal. Unless it is a big group, it's pretty difficult to organise any games for their age group.

Sorry, not great suggestions but just something you can think about.
