does anyone know or heard of any french pastry learning class/chef offered in Hong Kong?
i've been searching for info as wanted to learn as professional pastry chef.
I haven't tried the lessons... I often order some food from their site (french meat/veggies/bread...).
I think the cooking he's teatching is a good basic one, not exactly for beginners but not too hard.
