I am interested in your opinion of the Hypnobirthing course at Annerley. How was the class and did you find it useful? I read the book and am interested in the idea of natural birth.
I went in with an open mind but it didn't work for me although I was induced and had a 10lb baby! It did work for a few of my friends from the class who had smaller babies and natural onset births though.
For me the class was fine but I think you can learn all you need from the book. Remember that I'm probably not the best person to ask!
