Hi. I am a Brazilian-American who recently moved to Hong Kong. I have a 25 month old daughter though...is that to old for the playgroup? if so.... why dont the mothers with babies between the ages of 20-36 months start their own group at the Rompus Room but on a different day? PLease let me know who is interested and we can plan a date for this upcoming week....

hi asalles,

I'm an Indian and just moved to HK with a 22 month old daughter. I would love to meet up sometime - I've been looking for playmates for my daughter too. Would you like to meet up at the rumpus rooms on tuesday afternoon? Send me a message and we can follow up.

Hi you,

I have a 5 month old boy and would like to join you. Where are the Rumpus Rooms? We might be a little late, it's still not that easy to leave in time in the
morning. Hope to see you tomorrow.

Please private message me your details if you're interested in coming

Hi Everyone

It was great to meet you all last week at The Rumpus
Rooms, was thinking that it would be nice for the
next catch up to be over coffee so that everyone gets
a chance to chat to each other.

The Pacific Coffee shop on Queens Road East seems
fairly child friendly and its reasonably close to all
public transport, Tram, MTR etc.

Lets say Monday the 27th at 11.00am, easiest way to
describe where the coffee shop is. You head out of
the Pacific Place shoping mall on to Queens Road East
turn right and head towards Wan Chai, its about a 3-5
minute walk from pacific place and is on your left
hand side as you head into Wanchai.

Afterwards, people can either take the easy route back
into Pacific place or head to Wanchai for a bit of
baby clothes shopping.

Please let me know whether you can make it and I will
book some couches.

Thanks
Amanda

Hello All,
I would love to come, Tuesday 7th Feb at 10.30am.
Please send me a pm too! Just moved back to HK, originally from NZ, but have lived in Asia these last 6 years. I have an active 18month old, living in Sheung Wan/Bonham Rd. If you still have room please tell me the deets, hope my one is not too old?!

Ladies, just to point out that the original poster posted her message 5 years ago and the first meeting took place on 7th Feb 2006!
It might be a good idea to start a new coffee group. I'd be interested in joining:-)

Hi, I have a 4 months old son and I am also very interested in joining a coffee group. If there are more people interested we should definitely start a new group. I am looking forward to meeting new friends and sharing experiences with moms. Cheers Nicole

Hi, I have a 3 month old daughter and am also interested in joining a coffee group. Would anyone like to meet up next week to discuss starting a new group ?

Lesley

Hi Lesley,

I am still interested in joining a new coffee group. Is there anyone else still interested??

Cheers
Nicole

Hi Ladies,

Yes, I'm also still interested in meeting up for coffee. It just depends a bit on where you'd like to meet. We live in West Kowloon, but I'm fine with traveling to HK Island (preferably somewhere around Central).
By the way, I'm a first-time mum with a 2,5 months old baby girl.

Cheers!
