For GROBAG users

I live in Shanghai, not Hong Kong, so the weather is a lot colder. If the weather is cold, apart from sleeping bag, I let my baby wear fleece pj (which I bought from landsend.com), it's very warm and practical. And if that's not enough, I let my baby wear a silk underwear (I use the Montbell brand) on top of her cotton underwear. Together w/ the heat on, my baby sleeps very comfortably. :-)

I don't follow the guidelines. In any case, the lowest temp they cite is 16 degrees, presumably 'cos Britons have central heating.

I have no heating in my kids' room and my son (11 months) is in a sleeveless bodysuit, a long legged, long sleeved bodysuit and a 2.5 tog Grobag.

In the Summer, he was hot and I always dressed him in less than the suggested clothing, but now he seems comfortable and is sleeping through the night!!!! Yeeahhhh!!!

I did follow the guideline but my baby keeps on crying after a few hours, i thought it was teething. But it turns out he is cold, so i layered 3 pcs shirt, pajama and socks and he slept thru the night now.
