Few little follow ups from last night's chit chat:
Tash, what is the name of that magical website with all the downloads? I am keen to stock up on tv series before the breastfeeding begins.
Emma, I forgot to ask if you knew why the nausea was back and if there is anything we can do about it. Are we just being drained of nutrients...again.
Anyone keen on prenatal yoga that doesn't close for the summer or kick you out when the regulars come back from their summer hols? I go to yogalimbs in Sheung Wan for a much needed relax and stretch twice a week. Wednesday nights and Saturday afternoons. I always feel great after. Check out the hong kong schedule at http://www.yogalimbs.com/ on those days but probably give them a call to ask about paying and booking first class etc.
