I've been told to bring a 'flushing bottle' to the hospital, in order the clean the perineum. What does it look like and where can I get one??

I get mine from Jusco at Taikoo Shing, counter of maternity wear. Maybe you can try Wing On?

It's a small bottle, made of soft plastic, looking like a big pear. I found mine at Apita in City Plaza (Taikoo Shing), in the baby area.

Thanks for your replies. I brought one today from MamaBebe (Ocean Terminal).

I read that somewhere too to bring that bottle... the thing is: is it really necessary?? can you just wash with your hand with the cleaning liquids/ like daily cleaning procedure..

You don't "need" it but it is very convenient especially when everything (body, shoulders, pelvic bone, wound) hurts and you are using public toilets.... It helps you to clean your wound very easily after each bathroom use... And really you just need to rinse with water... And will be very tricky to get water from tap to wash your wound with your pants down over the toilet without getting dirty or making a mess
