Flat baby carrier?

Hi, does anyone know the baby carriers that allow the baby to lie flat, sorting of like a tray in front of you? I'm looking for the brand and any reviews of what they are like.

Combi have a model suitable for baby from birth to approx. 15kgs. From memory it was about $800 when i brought it 2 years ago, I know they are still selling them in shops. And baby could lie flat at the front. Then as the child grown older, I could take away the head protection piece and the baby could sit in front of the mother. The only drawback is that the child is always facing the mother. I think you could find them in the big baby store next to H&M in Central or Wing On.
 
Thanks Fairygodmother, I can't see quite what I'm looking for on the Combi website or in Eugene.

Was it actually a front pack baby carrier (like a baby bjorn) but where the baby lies completely flat, strapped to you in front on a tray? not sure if it goes into other more traditional positions like normal wrap/slings. I've only seen a couple on people in HK and am never quite quick enough to catch them to ask where they came from!

Can't see anything searching online, but maybe I'm not using the right description...
