Five Spice Powder

Hello!! Really random question i know but the chinese cookbook I have calls for the use of something called 'five spice powder' in lots of recipes - I can't find it at any supermarket here in HK. Would any of you know what it is called in Cantonese, and where I could get it? Thanks for all input..
 
Well I found this on the internet - but I can't read it - can anyone translate if have a moment? And also let me know - maybe it's just a silly thing that no-one actually uses in their cooking?!

Five-spice powder (五香粉)
 
You can find it in supermarkets (Wellcome, Park'NShop) or traditional markets.
Fujienese people like to use it to fry food: chicken, etc.
