First time hiring domestic helper

We are a Chinese family with a newborn baby. We're looking for a fantastic domestic helper who can either be referred to us by people leaving HK or can at least supply great references herself.

Usual sort of duties, cooking, cleaning etc but very importantly we want a honest woman who loves playing with children. She must be trustworthy and have excellent references and be able to stay in Hong Kong to process papers.

Any recommendations or referrals would be really appreciated.
