Fenugreek seed

Anyone knows for how long is it okay to take this? i had taken one bottle, so far, milk is okay, but i'm worried if i stop it my milk will be affected. I'm taking 610 mg for 9 capsuls a day.Thanks.

just take one bottle, once finished and stop taking and if it affect your supply just start taking again. i think that's quite a lot as i heard 3500 mg a day should suffice, or when your urine or sweat starts smelling like maple syrup.
what about the side effects like diarrhea and all that ?

crystal88, just curious. did the fenugreek seed help with your milk supply? where did you buy it?

I'm also taking fenugreek. You can buy at organic stores on Lyndhurst Terrace. Also heard drinking Guiness helps because of malt.

yes, i think so, it works. I got it in healthy gate in central.
