Annerly also sell it. I started taking it and drinking Mothers Milk tea after i came home from the hospital. I don't think you should take it before the birth.
 
You should be able to take it as soon as you give birth. Don't forget your milk won't come in till day 4-5 so I don't think it matters if you wait. I just didn't take it to the hospital with me which is why I didn't start till I got home, on day 5.
 
Why don't you see how your milk supply is before you start taking it? You might not need it. I only took it to build up my milk supply again because I was not able to directly breastfeed my baby for almost a week and I couldn't conveniently pump while I was hospitalized. Once the milk supply stabilized, I stopped taking it.

It's nice to know that you have galactagogues as a stand-by, but personally, I wouldn't take anything until I would really need to.
 
Thanks........for my first baby i took this but quite late already, i know this is the ONLY thing that works magic for my milk supply so i was thinking to take it asap.
