Feeding one year old

Hi All,
My son is one year old and I am wondering what kind of fish can I give him and where to get? Any advise is greatly appriciated.
BTW, any advise on snack?

I stuck to fish with low mercury content. Just google it and you'll find the answer. We did give him tinned tuna too but just once a fortnight. Not the ones soaked in brine, just the ones in olive oil (no salt) or springwater. I started giving him a variety of home made finger food. I've just posted a whole heap of recipes for mums yesterday for homemade finger food. Just do a finger food search on this website and it should pop up.

salmon & sardines are good to give. also white fish like cod/haddock. avoid the ones with high mercury content.
i buy the fillets for my 10 month old baby at 360.
