feeding every two hours!

I have a 3 and a half month old who has gone back to feeding every two hours at night. It's killing me as i have a 19 month old too and am exhausted during the day. Any suggestions? I'm seriously thinking about giving formula at night to see if he'll sleep longer.

formula is not all it's cracked up to be...

my previously wonderful sleeper(now 7.5 months) has been waking around 3 times per night for the past 3 weeks..incidently, she was exclusively breastfed for hte first 6 months. we introduced formula at that point.

keep in mind they say.... growth spurts are; 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months...

maybe yours is just experiencing a growth spurt. don't worry, this too shall pass!

good luck!

Agree with Cara - go with it for a little longer. If it passes, it was a growth spurt. Just try to ensure s/he is taking a good feed from both sides. If s/he wakes up 2 hours later, you could try ignoring any grumbles for a short time (not wails) to see is s/he settles back down or give the dummy (if you are not opposed).
Good Luck!
