Obviously my current anxiety attack is because we are flying Air France in 2.5 weeks but regardless of the sad event yesterday, I still have been getting more and more anxious the closer we get to leaving.
Its just getting ridiculous to be frank - has anyone who suffered from fear of flying managed to master it? Could you please share any advice to help me from freaking out?
