Two lucky winners will receive a pair of tickets to see Oliver Twist on Sunday 20th June at 2.00pm and the McAulay Studio, HK Arts Centre.

About Oliver Twist
Be captivated by the wonderful story of a young orphan boy who seeks his fortune on the streets of London in this charming production of Charles Dickens' classic novel. Faust's Theatre in Education (TIE) version incorporates narration, dialogue, music, movement and significant audience participation to recreate the bustling world of nineteenth century London, in a production that inspires children and provides considerable material for further discussion. This performance runs for 1 hour with no intermission.

The Faust Festival 2010 takes place at the Hong Kong Arts Centre from 25th May to 20th June. The Festival is an opportunity for Faust's young and talented actors to perform on stage and share their passion and excellence with the people of Hong Kong. Whether you?re looking for classic children?s stories faithfully retold or innovative new shows for adults and family groups alike, The Faust Festival has something for everyone.
 
I was cast in Oliver! when i was in grade 8... would LOVE to let my kids see other children performing such a classic!

Oliver Twist - Faust Festival

it's a classic, who wouldn't want to see it!!! My girl has never been to a live performance yet. She will for sure start asking about acting on a stage after the show!
 
If there's one show that cannot be missed,
It has to be Oliver Twist,
With Fagin and Bumble
And Sykes' rough-and-tumble
To my mill it adds plenty of grist
 
I would like to watch Oliver twist with my 4 yrs old boy. He is anti-social, hates parties, doesn't want to go to disney nor ocean park, likes to say "NO, i don't like to go there." The only thing he will say YES right away is watching a theatre show, so i'm sure he'll love to see Oliver Twist. Wish he can be a stage actor later ;-)

Oh how times have changed! My kids have seen the 1968 film version with Mark Lester as Oliver and would love to see it on stage.

I shall be singing the songs for the rest of the week...

I would love to introduce my 5-year old to this classic! She has never been to a LIVE theatre before. She loves to read and would be delighted to learn about the story of Oliver Twist on stage.
