Father's day brunch

Want to treat my hubby to nice brunch for father's day. New to HK so any suggestions are welcome? We are open to anything; from all you can eat hotel buffet to funky eatery. Great food a must. Thanks guys!

if budget is not an issue...i'd like to suggest the mandarin bar + grill. it might be booked up already though as with a lot of places!

Zuma in the Landmark or Cafe Too at the Island Shangri-La hotel in Admiralty.

Has anyone tried the brunch at "The Verandah" in Repulse Bay yet? I heard it must be pretty good, but haven't tried it myself yet.
We haven't tried too many brunch places yet, but we really liked the Sunday brunch at W Hotel above Kowloon Station.
