Family-friendly serviced apartment

Hi,
I am now looking for a serviced apartment/hotel for our arrival in Hong Kong
- In Kowloon
- A 2-bedroom (so that the kids can sleep when we need to keep on our apartment search or just talk)
- Free wifi
- Kitchenette with hot plate (to cook for the kids)
- If possible a park or playground not far from the place
- And of course clean and quiet.
Any advice?
I found Yesinn but know nothing about the place...
