Hi,
It's my first pregnancy and I am feeling so jealouse of my hubby and unsecure that I even do things I never did before.
is this normal?
how to deal with it??

thanks for your help.

what's normal is hormon fluctuations that you have never experienced before. it's like your period gone haywire.

jealousy? due to hormones...how to deal with it... explain it to your hubby.... be aware of it.... know that most of it is "in your head" and get on with life.

is this normal? - yes, it is normal.
how to deal with it?? - you will get over it soon coz it's just your hormones acting up. for now, do talk to your hubby about the way you are feeling and i'm sure he'll understand.

Pregnancy can be a very vulernable time for women - our bodies are being taken over, everything is changing around us, life will never be the same, etc.
So, yes I think what you are feeling is very normal. Myself, I was quite sensitive about some things when I was pregnant, especially about the time my husband spent with me.
I agree that you should talk to your husband about how you are feeling, not just so he can understand you, but also so he can know that it's because of your pregnancy hormones and it is totally normal. I think a lot of men don't have a lot of knowledge about pregnancy, particularly the emotional aspects.

hope2008, this is extremely normal, just remember a lots of other mums-to-be feel the same way too. You are not alone.

Apart from jealousy, change in hormones may also bring depressing, impatient, uncertain feelings etc.

Watch a comedy or ask your hubby to go for a walk with you in the park can make you feel more relax.

Or come here more often and chat with the mums here, it can make you feel better :)
