Expats adopting from Ethiopia - HK Visa Question

Hi,
Has anyone adopted from Ethiopia whilst living in HK? We may be moving back to Hong Kong and I want to understand the process of getting your adopted child a dependents visa. Is it straightforward. If anyone can share any insight please reply or PM me.
