english antenatal classes at Tsan Yuk

I understand that Tsan Yuk Hospital has antenatal classes in English. Since the hospital I am registered at (United Christian) only does the classes in Cantonese I'm wondering whether I can request Tsan Yuk to let me attend their English class. Does anyone have a number for registering for the English class at Tsan Yuk (or any other public hospital that offers antenatal classes in English)?
 
To answer my own question, I called Tsan Yuk and they insisted that if I was not registered there, I could not attend the English classes there... even though where I am registered has classes only in Cantonese. Gah!
