Eggless birthday cake or other options

Does anyone know where I can get an eggless and soybean free cake made? Or can anyone suggest an alternative treat for my daughter's 1st birthday? Her birthday is on Saturday and I'm disappointed to think she won't have a birthday cake!!!!
 
Do you have an oven? There must be some recipes out there for eggless birthday cakes. When I was a kid, I had an ice-cream cake - it was considered really special (back then...).
 
Why dont u ask Cakeakicious or sweet secrets or Complete deelite. They will be able to do it for u

I tried cakealicious but the flour they use has soybean in it. Sweet secrets only do a chocolate one which has soya lecithin in it, and I can't get hold of complete deelite!!!

Shenzheniffer, curious about the ice cream cake. Do you have a recipe?

There is an Indian lady Renu Singh who makes eggless cakes but I dont know about the soya free. U can ask her. I am sorry no contact no. She does the courses at ywca
 
hi,
i know 2 other indian ladies who make eggless cakes and they are very good but you'll have to call and ask about the flour or other ingredients and they are much cheaper than sweet secrets....my friends n i have always got our cakes from them...the hk side her name is karuna 91016279 and kowloon is karishma 90457728....or the other alternative i can email a few eggless recipe...you can make yourself...let me know

putput - sorry no recipe as it was a Baskin&Robbins ice cream cake and that was circa 1985!
BUT I have seen ice cream cakes for sure at Hagen Dazs. They look delicious!

Renu Singh's no is 9029 2458 she even has a website but it's not up-to-date.. she's pretty reasonable and can bake in lots of diff shapes..

Not sure how good or reasonable she is compare to Karuna and Karishma.

Does anyone know how much they charge per pound?
 
Dchan ,I make chai latte cupcakes !!!!You may like to come over and taste them for yourself as am always on the lookout for tatsers to experiment my creations and give true reactions so that we can improve ourselves !!!!
