Education consultant to find good kindergarten etc?

Greetings,

I have a 1.8 years old girl, and I am starting to look for a Kindergarten for her for next year. I am a bit lost, because I don't know which ones are good, and which ones are affiliated with good primary schools, and what I have to do to find the best schools, etc.

Is there an education consultant in HK I can contact, who can help me select the best schools, and give me some tips on how to join the best ones?

I live in Ma On Shan.
