EDD note from doctor

How do I go about obtaining a note from the doctor stating my EDD?

Can I go to a GP for that or do I need to go to an OB/GYN? I need the EDD note to apply for maternity at my company.

I got my EDD letter from a general GP.

Better get one from your OB, so you can also have your baby checked. Correct and most accurate EDD can only be checked via ultrasoun.. GP will just base it on your last LMP.
