Eczema Help!

My new born baby (7 weeks) is suffering from Eczema. She started with baby acne, and the PD has suggested to leave it alone. However, the acne dried up and leave behind patches of dried skin on her cheeks.

Would like to hear some advice as to what you have done to cure the Eczema on your baby. Any lotion that you recommend or herbal remedies?

I was reading a thread that recommend Dermaveen? Where can i get this moisturizer?

QV cream during the day and Aquaderm at night. My daughter suffered with ezcema for months and I tried so many different things. These creams helped alot and now she's sorted, touch wood! Hope these help!

QV bath oil as a 'soap' is good. When DS's eczema gets bad we use a cortisone cream, it's the only thing that will clear it up well. Also try polytar in the bath. It totally stinks but moisterises the skin well and helps the itchiness.

don't bathe your baby every day as water dries the skin. the aqueas cream is a great suggestion. do not use any perfumed/scented products.

Do you have breast milk? Express some and apply it on his skin just like applying the cream 3-4 times a day. I had it done to my son and his skin turned out to be so perfect after a week. nother that help is Aveeno baby Moisturizer.
