Great helper available

Hello,

from 23.09. 2009 onwards will be a GREAT Filipino helper available ...
She took care of a 2 year old western boy from birth.
while his mother went back to work soon, so she took care of him during the week....
Now they return home and they will take their helper for 4 weeks home before she returns to HK and can start with a new family.
She can cook well, speaks very good English and is very responsible, reliable.
If she could choose she would prefer a newborn....and a western family.

Hi everyone,

Due on 24 Oct. Just found out about this website. Hope it is not too late to get in touch with the October mums.

Moved to Melbourne in 2002. Have been in HK for 2.5 years. Dad also from Melbourne. Baby will be half Chinese and half Aussie. Both dad and mum are big fans of Aussie crime drama Underbelly - decided to name the little one Underbelly during the pregnancy.

Terrible morning sickness for 4 months. Could only manage dry toast and biscuits. The 20 week scan however was a big scare, as we were told that there was a small cyst in the baby's head. It is either the way the doctor put it to me or something else, it just totally freaked me out. It turns out that it is a rather normal thing. Most babies have it in the second trimester and it simply goes away during week 26 - 28. I had my last scan on 24 July which was all good and the cyst is completely gone.

First of all Congrats to all the expectant mothers!!! I have been in HK for just over a year and found out I was pregnant in Feb, making my due date oct 10th. It is my first and I really miss having my close friends around, not really knowing other pregnant mummy's to be is hard. I would love to join in and meet up. please keep me posted. Hope all is going smooth sailing for all the yummy mummy's
