I've made a reservation for us at Frog Face Fish on Wyndham Street (they do serve things other than fish for those that aren't keen). So:

Hi This sounds like fun. I don't mind joining you guys if there's still any spots left. I'm due late Mar/early Apr.
 
Great, well that's a full house then... if anyone else wants to join we can always try the restaurant, but no guarantees. Also, please can people be sure and let me know if they are dropping out so that others can take your place if they want to. So it should be:

You can take my place, Chess. I just found out my relatives from out-of-town will be here on Wednesday so need to take them out for a meal... <sigh>
