I have contacted Grappas and increased the reservation from 8 to 13 with the following people attending (I know that some are as yet unconfirmed but I would rather err on the side of having too much space than not enough):

Just FYI: the restaurant has said that we might have to sit at two tables due to the large number of people attending - hopefully not a problem!

i am unable to attend the 13 Jan lunch but would love to meet up with as many of you as possible in next get together...

Unfortunately i work in Cyrberport so lunchtimes are out for me too but if anyone fancies meeting up on a weekend that would be great :)

Hi Caramel! Congratulations! Doesn't seem that far away now we have hit 2010! Coffee would be great. I have a friends birthday lunch on the 23rd but could meet that morning about 11:30? (not too early!)

Where is best for you?

my helper is sick this morning so it's looking unlikely I'll be able to make it to lunch as there will be no one to look after my kids.
Don't cancel my spot just in case she makes a recovery between now and then!
It will be a real shame if I miss it. Maybe we can start a weekly catch up from now on?
 
hi ladies, i too won't be able to join now. i'm swamped at work and can't get out for that long plus have a cold and don't want to infect anyone! wish i could be there :(

a weekly thing would be great. could we try for saturdays as a lot of us work and hard to get out for lunch for long. unles it's in central :)

frenchie: 11:30am would be great. i've got yoga at 12:30pm and welcome to join! i go to yogaroom - it's not bad.

anyone else want to do coffee on jan 23rd at 11:30am? somewhere in central.
 
Great! Shall we make it 11 if you have yoga at 12:30 then you shouldn't be in too much of a rush :)

Let me know where you fancy meeting. Maybe Tivo on Wyndham Street? Might be better than trying to squeeze into Starbucks!
