Hi girls! I was just talking today to Catriona, who is due one day ahead of me (I'm on april 30) about starting a group pilates/strength training class. (I am a physiotherapist/pilates instructor/personal trainer/nutritional cleansing coach). I was thinking of doing 1 afternoon/week, and we could do coffee (decaf!) after? Let me know if any of you are interested, since it'd be a fun way to get together and keep fit! It would be in Central, on Stanley street.
