I saw the thread for those of you due in May so I though I'd just back track a bit and see if anyone out there is also due in April?

I'm due April 9th and it would be great to catch up with other growing bellies!! Have the May lot met up yet??

I am due April 19th. Would be great to meet other moms-to-be and share experiences. Most of my other friends already have kids and I think it would be nice to chat with people going through the same things now.

I am due April 23. Would be really nice to meet up others around the same due dates since most such groups also become future playgroups. I have a 11 month old as well.
 
Yes, let's. Not sure when is best for everyone. I am pretty flexible but would prefer day time. Lunch or coffee??

BTW, I'm due April 9th and have a three year old.
 
Hi Everyone, I am due April 19 as well and would love to catch up. This is my first and only a few of my girlfriends have babies already so would love to chat with some other mums to be. I am pretty flexible for mid week coffee/lunch.

sorry I was missing in action. Parents-in-law are in town till end of this week. They are super excited with having the first grandchild in the family.

Would love to meet but I can't do weekdays, except evenings, as I'm a working mum-to-be. How about next Sat, for coffee for our first meeting? Say about 2.30pm? Someone to suggest a venue??

re. morning sickness/1stTimeMummy - I've been lucky enough not to suffer with it but yes I thought it was supposed to ease off in the second trimester? Hang in there!

I guess Central would be easiest for most. I'll be driving in so I IFC is good for me. How does that work for everyone else? There is a coffee shop there called simply life. Does food too. Don't know about you guys but i am constantly hungry at the moment!
 
Brilliant! 2.30p.m, next Sat, Oct 17th at IFC. Those who doesn't know where it is, here's the link. It is on the same level as the cinema I think. So far, the attendees are:

Hi Ladies, I would love to join but unfortunately I have to pick up my father in law from the airport. Is it possible we could bring it slightly forward to 2pm? If not no problem I will join in the next catch up!

Ugh, my morning sickness is still around. I really hope it goes away soon. Unfortunately, I won't be able to join in this time. I am sure we will meet all of you soon enough!:)
 
Hi all - I am due on 23 April and still in the middle of morning/afternoon/evening sickness (thought that was supposed to go by now?). I would love to meet up next weekend but unfortunately, I can't -but I would love to catch up at the next meet-up. Look forward to meeting you all and sharing our experiences.
 
Thanks Frangipani! I'm really looking forward to it. See you at 2. Since we dont have bumps yet (or maybe just very little ones!) how will we all recognise one another? Perhaps booking the table is the solution so the wait staff will show us to the right place!
 
Hi all, my due date is April 17th and would also love to meet the mums to be but i have a baby shower to go to this coming sat so have to skip the 1st meeting but def interested for the next one....
