I'm starting to feel the not so wonderful effects of pregnancy. In Canada they will Rx diclectin, which works wonderfully for supressing nausea and vomiting. Do they have something like that here? I really don't want to go to the doctor yet if I don't have to and all I really want is some relief.

Hi Natalie's mom, Im from Canada as well and I looked around Hong Kong to get something for morning sickness because i didnt want to go see the doctor yet either,......well lets just say I didnt find anything and I ended up having to go get something from my doctor. I went to Mannings and watsons and they couldnt help me:( Your better off just going to see the doc to write you a perscription.

Hi Natalie'smom, my doctor prescribes Diclectin. you poor thing - I get it bad too so I totally sympathise!

I pm'd you mum. I had hyperemsis with my daughter so I want to get on something while I have a chance at keeping it in my tummy!

My doctor prescribed me Maxolon for the nausea. I think it is a pretty mild anti nausea drug. I actually had had it before as I suffer from migraines and need to take the Maxolon to keep the migraine drugs down.

how about having some crackers before u get out of bed in the morning? and lots of green apples.

That's great advice for someone with regular morning sickness but the original poster gets hyperemesis (as I do) which is completely different and requires appropriate medication. You have no idea how I WISH that crackers helped! lol
