Dr Wan Macor for natural delivery? Midwives at Matilda and Adventist?

We are about 8 weeks and I see here (and tip from one or two friends) we need to get MOVING to book our hospital in order to maximise choice.

Also need to choose an OBGYN to match, although seems like many are ok for Matilda and Adventist (our two main preferences for now based on visiting other friends postnatal).

Two things I would be really helped by your thoughts:
1. I hear great stuff about Dr Wan but all seem to end in caesar. Has anyone had a good natural delivery experience with him? (We'd like to go with hypnobirthing.)

2. Seems to me you see more of the midwife, especially hands on for natural delivery, than your OBGYN during labour. Can anyone comment on what midwives were like at Matilda and Adventist in supporting a natural birth plan (including, hopefully, saying no thanks to epidural)?

Thanks!

Re 1) we were with Macor Wan for up to 34 weeks and then decided to change the OBGYN precisely for the reason that he seemed not the least interested in a natural delivery.

We spoke to him about it beforehand - although that was difficult during his 3 minute check-ups - and he always said 'no problem' without really discussing the birth plan, etc. In the end we lost all trust that he is actually listening to us and move on to a more helpful OBGYN
