Dr Patrick Chan and Dr Philip Ho for fertility treatment

Hi, does anyone have any recent experience with Dr Patrick Chan and/or Dr Philip Ho for fertility treatment? I have seen quite a number of postings about both doctors however most are from a while back (like 2 years+ ago). What I am particularly interested to know are: how crazy is the waiting time? do they take time to talk to you and explain things to you? do you find them pushy for the more aggressive treatment?

i have seen a few doctors and the advice i get varies (inevitably). What i notice is that the docs who don't do IVF himself/herself tend to suggest i don't need IVF yet, while the docs who do (and are well known for) IVF say I should waste no time and go straight to IVF. I wonder the docs tend to be biased towards what they do ...

any comment / feedback welcome. thanks.

i had a girl in 2010 and tried to conceive again without success since 2011. went to see him asking for IVF but he kept telling me that I don't need it. to try again for another year before coming back. I came back again in 2012 june and he told me to try for another 6 months. he's quite famous for IVF but semi retirement mode so he's not too keen if you're not a good candidate.

i switched drs by jan 2013 to get a second opinion and now i am 16 weeks pregnant (naturally).
