She operated on me last year at the Canossa, after a referral from Princess Building (I am also with quality Health) Saw her again last week. She is very good but desperately lacking in any kind of 'bedside manner' and basis conversational skills. Unless you ask her what is going on or any questions she will not tell you or keep you informed. In fact I got the impression she wasn't too keen to talk and I had passed my allotted time!
