I believe they test for the same abnormalities and are basically the same, but the SAFET21 was devised by the Chinese University in HK so it is HK's answer to the NIFTY. The NIFTY is an international testing standard but I believe the blood is sent to China for testing, mine was anyway... NIFTY is cheaper too. Marginally.
