Domestic Helper Referrals

HI everyone, I am in the process of looking for a new helper. If anyone knows of a kind, hard working helper (that has experience taking care of babies) with excellent references, can you please let me know? Thanks very much.
 
Jenny - we are in the process of hiring two amahs and have interviewed some excellent candidates, of which we have to pick 2/10. I will send you a private e-mail with the details of the ones I sourced myself but several came from Josie James and I am unable to give their details due to our agreement with JJ.

Hi, I interviewed a helper last week, and she asked me for 4 weeks paid leave a year and Saturday and Sunday off, is it sounds right?

I have a 2 years old son; I need a helper really caring, gentle and interact with child and good common Sense any recommendations?

2 weeks paid leave and 1 day off is the norm. Its up to you if you want to give more. I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable agreeing to more before seeing her work and how she is with your son.
