Domestic Helper Needed

Help!!!!!
My husband and I also in need urgently for a full time helper and would appreciate any help from you in recommending someone reliable and can take care of baby.
Both my husband and I work full time with no helper to take care of the house or our baby to come. We've been through 2 helpers already recently but they both didn't work out. The first one had a very bad attitude and wouldn't follow instructions given to her and the second one just cannot remember any instructions despite the fact that we've written them down for her.
Our baby is due in December and we've interviewed a few helpers and I've been losing sleep over not being able to find someone suitable by then. I really hope if you know any good helper that you can recommend, please. I would really appreciate it!!
