Domestic Helper: Any recommendation?

I am in the process of looking for a full time domestic helper either Indonesian or Phillipino to do general housework/cooking and take care of my 11mth old daughter. Anyone out there who could recommend me their own helper (eg ou are leaving the country) or ex-helper of friends etc? Didn't really want to go through internet or agency if i could. Many thanks!
